Welcome to Flow to Fit - A Return to Yoga in 2 Weeks


I saw a need to help people back to a higher level of fitness after they had spent some time away from their practice.

Additionally I have seen students reach a plateau at the level of Gentle Yoga and not know how to safely advance to the next level.

These 14 classes are designed especially for the purpose of helping yoga students safely increase their fitness level through a flowing practice.

Each class builds up on the previous class and increases in difficulty incrementally. At the end of these 14 classes you will see a noticeable increase in your strength, flexibility and fitness level.

This series can also be used by anyone who is looking for a half hour flow practice. The lower numbered classes will be gentle and the higher numbered classes more advanced.

This is a series designed for non-beginners. If you are a complete beginner to yoga, I suggest that you start with the 4 week beginner series which is also included as part of the Yoga Club curriculum. Additionally, please remember that there is an entire section in the curriculum on pose tutorials that you can refer to at any time to learn the optimal alignment, and common modifications, of the various poses.
