Intermediate - 67 Minutes

This lengthy practice includes focus on leg and shoulder stretching and strength building too. I've labeled it as "Intermediate" because it does require an intermediate level of flexibility and strength. The balance pose is also of an intermediate level. Additionally, I've included a plank variation that will build up core strength mainly, but also upper and lower body as well.
