Slow Flow & Restore - 75 minutes

For the second half of this class we will be using a variety of props to support our Restorative Yoga poses.

Before you take the class, gather near your mat the following;

1 small size blanket

1 medium size blanket

2 pillows or sofa cushions that we will use in place of a bolster - or you can use an actual bolster if you have one. :)
