Shoulder Stand = Sarvangasana
The Modified Version that I also demonstrate, (where there is a hinge at the hip crease with the legs over the upper body instead of straight up) is known as Ardha Sarvangasana. Ardha means "half", so it is "Half Shoulder Stand".
Shoulder Stand is very stimulating to the 5th and 6th Chakras
(5th =Throat Chakra or Vishuddha and 6th = Thrid-Eye Chakra or Ajna)
