Yoga Challenge Calendar
I created this challenge to help you stay dedicated to your practice, and also to perhaps get you out of a rut if you feel that your practice needs some new challenges. Of course we have the tendency to stay in our comfort zone, which might mean returning to your favorite few classes again and again, but in this monthly challenge I invite you to step outside of your comfort zone and perhaps try some new classes.
Suggestions for Use;
- Print one copy to write on, and also keep a downloaded version in your device to easily access the classes by clicking on the links provided.
- Fill in your goal at the top of the page!
- If you are a person who thrives best with stricter discipline, you might chose to follow along each day precisely as written.
- If you are a person who thrives best with a more flexible approach, you might view this not so much as a calendar but as a list of suggestions that you can complete in any order, depending on your written goal.
- Cross off each class that you complete
- Nominate (or recruit!) a yoga buddy to keep you accountable to your goals. Yoga is always more fun with friends anyway!
This calendar is available for the public to preview, to see what Yoga Club is all about, but only Yoga Club members have access to our classes.
