Moderate Standing Practice - 20 Minutes

You might be surprised to see me wearing sneakers in this video and NOT using a yoga mat. Seems weird right? Haha... don't worry. My goal here was to give you an abbreviated standing practice that you could do in any situation where you might not want to come down onto the floor, for example, at an airport, or on your lunch break. But this is more than just gentle stretching. This will build up some heat and energy in your body, in addition to wonderful stretching and deep breathing. I hope you enjoy it.
