Yoga for Beginners
Your Journey to Greater Wellness and Happiness Begins Here
You will learn foundational yoga poses that will increase flexibility, build strength and improve your balance. You will also learn how to modify poses to accommodate physical limitations, and how to use blocks and other props to optimize your yoga practice.
The course contains four classes, each about 60 minutes in length. The classes are progressive in nature allowing you to gently build up your strength. Additionally there are instructional videos on certain poses so that you can learn them before encountering them in the classes.
The course format allows for interaction with the instructor by allowing the student to post questions in a comment section, so that extra clarity and encouragement can be given as needed.
I am a classically trained vocalist, a singer/songwriter, a vocal instructor, a meditation teacher, and E-CYT (Experienced Certified Yoga Teacher). I enjoy helping my students discover their most authentic voice and giving them the confidence to use it. My goal is to help others shine with the light of their true nature in loving-kindness and gratitude for this beautiful life. I work to bring light to darkness by supporting you on your journey towards your highest good, for the highest good of all.
