This is my wish for you. But it is more than a wish, these are gifts that are yours for the taking. A strong body, a kind heart and a clear mind are actual benefits of Yoga.

Strong body. Yoga gives you both power & flexibility that allows you to move with confidence through life. You won’t fear aging because Yoga cultivates trust in your body’s abilities and helps you maintain, even increase, your range of motion.

Kind Heart. Through the practice of Yoga, you will develop kindness, and a sincere love for your body and for the season of life that you are in. By cultivating self love you become better able to give and receive love from others, feeling truly deserving of care and compassion.

Clear Mind. The external world is often tumultuous and very unpredictable. Yoga teaches you how to find your center and maintain your inner calm and mental clarity in any situation.

The benefits of Yoga are immense and go far beyond just these three gifts.

Over the years my students have shared with me again and again that yoga helps them feel lighter, more centered, confident and more at peace with themselves and the world.



If you have been wanting to try Yoga this course will help you grow in knowledge and confidence in the comfort of your own home.

You will learn foundational yoga poses that will increase flexibility, build strength and improve your balance.

You will also learn how to modify poses to accommodate physical limitations, and how to use blocks and other props to optimize your yoga practice.

The course contains four classes, each about 60 minutes in length. The classes are progressive in nature allowing you to gently build up your strength.

Additionally there are instructional videos on certain poses so that you can learn them before encountering them in the classes.

The course format allows for interaction with the instructor by allowing the student to post questions in a comment section, so that extra clarity and encouragement can be given as needed.
