Yoga for Beginners
Your Journey to Greater Wellness and Happiness Begins Here
You will learn foundational yoga poses that will increase flexibility, build strength and improve your balance. You will also learn how to modify poses to accommodate physical limitations, and how to use blocks and other props to optimize your yoga practice.
The course contains four classes, each about 60 minutes in length. The classes are progressive in nature allowing you to gently build up your strength. Additionally there are instructional videos on certain poses so that you can learn them before encountering them in the classes.
The course format allows for interaction with the instructor by allowing the student to post questions in a comment section, so that extra clarity and encouragement can be given as needed.

I am a certified & experienced Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Singer/Songwriter, Music Teacher and Tarot Card Reader.
Born in the USA I am currently living in India, the birthplace of classical Yoga.
My intention is to empower clients to reach their highest good, for the highest good of all by helping them access their own innate wisdom and to let go of thought patterns that are no longer serving them. I believe in cause and effect (karma) and the Law of Attraction.
