Explore a Variety of Mantras from different traditions and experience the healing, happiness and relaxation that arises from using mantras.
This course contains 8 audio tracks of various mantras that you can download for your personal use. Sing along with the recordings, or simply listen to them, and discover how mantras have a truly positive influence on your body and mind. You will also learn the meanings and the specific benefits for each mantra. Translations are given for the Sanskrit mantras. Several downloadable PDFs are included for easy reference during your own mantra practice.
Additionally, it is considered auspicious and karmically beneficial to recite mantras 108 times. Therefore, included in this course are the Mani Mantra and the Tara Mantra recited in tonal chant 108 times each that you can download and use for meditation and relaxation.
This is a self-paced course. You can learn and practice the mantras at your own pace, but I am available for help and support whenever you need it.
