30 Planktacular Days to build your strength and confidence!

Day 1 begins with a 15 second plank hold and gradually the challenge increases. Some days we pull it back a little bit before increasing again, to give your body time to adjust and strengthen. I also believe that it helps the mind stay strong when you know that each day won't get harder and harder. So it really is a gradual journey and we conclude on Day 30 with a 3 minute plank hold. For variety and FUN I have included plank variations such as sidearm plank and forearm plank.
