You'll learn how your breath supports your voice.
You will learn how sound can be used in a meditation practice, helping you to focus your thoughts and to calm the noise of your mind.
What does it mean to chant? What is a mantra? What is a chakra? What does it mean to be authentic? All of these things and so much more you will explore in this course.
It is an extensive course however each module is on average about 10 minutes. Therefore it will be very easy for you to do one or two modules a day and get the full course in a way that fits into your busy lifestyle.
It is very important that you first have a foundational understanding of your vocal tract, your breath, basic meditation and an introduction to yoga. This course will build upon the elements presented in the Free Introductory Course.
